I have prepared two overlapping project proposals for Google Summer of Code 2008:

• Easing user upload of video for use with MetaVidWiki, submitted to Wikimedia Foundation.
• Enabling efficent annotation of archive.org hosted videos through MetaVidWiki, submitted to Internet Archive.
